Voor een bedrijf gelegen in Antwerpen zijn wij op zoek naar een Booking Desk Medewerker.

Je takenpakket zal bestaan uit:
- Correctheid vrachten checken in samenwerking met sales department
- Hulp back office bij verwerken correcties op draft bill of ladings
- Advanced manifesten beheren en sturen
- Hulp klant bij verwerken van bill of ladinginstructies
- Facturatie
- Afhandeling en controle Bs/L
- Opsturen van manifesten
- Contact met klanten via telefoon & email
- Uitzoeken transshipment en redenen vertraging
- Opstellen en bijhouden van weekblad
- ...
Profile
- Je bent sterk administratief
- Je hebt een grote interesse in de maritieme sector
- Logistieke opleiding is een voordeel
- Talenkennis: Nederlands & Engels, andere talen is een grote plus
- Je hebt een goede kennis MS-Office en outlook
- Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken
- Je bent sterk communicatief en gemotiveerd
- Klantvriendelijk
- Stressbestendig en klantvriendelijk
