Als meewerkend begeleider sta je in voor de organisatie van het werk
Het begeleiden en opleiden van je ploeg doelgroepmedewerkers.
Je werkt actief mee en begeleidt een kleine groep maatwerkers met allerlei taken en opdrachten
Je zal werken op verplaatsing bij klanten
Profile
Je kiest bewust voor een job als schoonmaker en je werkt zelf mee
Je hebt leidinggevende skills en staat stevig in je schoenen
Je hebt een luisterend oor indien nodig
Je bent een rustig persoon
Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs b (dit is noodzakelijk voor de verplaatsing naar klanten)
Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands
What can we offer you?
Uurloon van: 15,50 euro per uur.
Maaltijdcheques van 8 euro per gewerkte dag
Je werkt steeds van 7u30 tot 16u
9 ADV dagen = 29 dagen verlof
Rimpeldagen vanaf 35 jaar
