Reconnue pour son dynamisme et ses circuits de décision courts, cette structure place l'optimisation des méthodes de travail et le développement de ses collaborateurs au cœur de sa stratégie. Pour renforcer leur équipe, ils recherchent un talent bilingue capable de piloter des projets de la conception à la remise des clés.
Votre Mission : Coordination et Excellence Client
En tant que Gestionnaire de projet, vous êtes l'interlocuteur privilégié des clients et le garant de la réussite technique et organisationnelle des chantiers.
Vos responsabilités :
- Conception & Planification : Développer et planifier les projets de construction en accord avec les besoins des clients.
- Conseil Stratégique : Intervenir comme personne de contact principale pour conseiller les clients tout au long du processus.
- Coordination de Chantier : Piloter les différents corps de métier sur le terrain jusqu’à la réception définitive (remise des clés).
- Amélioration Continue : Participer activement au développement et à l'optimisation des méthodes de travail internes.
Profile
Votre Profil
- Formation : Diplôme d’Ingénieur ou de Bachelier dans le domaine de la construction, ou une expérience probante équivalente dans le bâtiment.
- Langues : Maîtrise impérative de l’allemand et du français, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
- Aptitudes : Fort talent d’organisation, conscience professionnelle et d'excellentes capacités de communication.
- Esprit : Orientation client marquée et volonté de jouer un rôle actif dans l’extension des activités de l’entreprise.
