Voor onze klant gelegen aan het MAS zijn wij op zoek naar een sales executive airfreight medewerker
  • Actively pursue growth opportunities, by developing new business with a focus on winning profitable business;
  • Undertake cross selling and up selling within existing customers to further develop account potential through airfreight;
  • Conduct daily calls to arrange meetings with potential accounts to prospect for new business;
  • Meet sales targets as predefined in the target agreement;
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline;
  • Proactively manage and develop close relationships with all accounts and gain a clear understanding of customers businesses and requirements;
  • Ensure a smooth transition to operations;
  • Ensure usage of intern sales systems, i.e. maintain timely and accurate information all customer visits, opportunities in the intern CRM system.


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent strongly preferred;
  • At least 4 years' experience within the International Air Freight Forwarding industry;
  • A minimum of 3 years of applicable field sales experience within the forwarding industry;
  • Strong relationship building, ability to influence and build relationships at all levels;
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in Dutch, French and English (written/verbal);
  • Ability to work under pressure and with ambitious targets;
  • Initiative, self-starter, energetic, good listener;
  • Comfortable and experienced in cold calling, networking and sourcing leads, also on senior management of cliënts
