For a customer in Antwerp we are looking for a IT Support Engineer. You will have direct customer contact with various requirements within the scope of 2nd Level Support – remote and on site – quite neatly describe the position you would like to have:

  • You will help users with their problems and requests, thus putting a smile on their faces
  • You will analyse errors, maintain hardware, set up / remove work stations, install and configure new software (IMACD) and manage user accounts via Active Directory
  • You will log your approach and your solution to problems through a ticketing system


  • You have experience within IT support including Active Directory and have ideally used ticketing systems
  • You are comfortable working in a Microsoft environment
  • You have fluent English and Dutch language skills and are motivated to do something good for your users
