Key Challenges :
- Taking care of a fluent work environment so that the company obtains its achievements.
- Creating and implementing a HR strategy by giving advices towards the heads of the different
departments.
- Creating a recruitment and selection strategy for new staff. Organisation and coordination of
first recruitment interviews and evaluation interviews.
- Drawing job positions and job description in collaboration with the head of departments.
- Welcoming newcomers
- Supporting staff in problematic situations of achievements or behaviour.
- Developing the organisation: maturity of the organisation and optimal employability of the
staff.
- Salary Input and benchmarks
- Exit conversations
- Analysing, planning, directing and managing the activities and operations of the fleet and
maintaining the required fleet data.
- Creating the training programs that help employees fulfill their daily job functions, advance
to other positions within the company or respond well to company changes
- Car Policy develop and maintain standardized specifications and vehicle procurement needs
in conjunction with Department Fleet Coordinators and Procurement.
- Maintain fleet required data.
- Provide legal advice
- Other duties as required.
