The role involves a variety of administrative tasks, supporting the legal counsels in managing a wide range of issues pertaining to the worldwide organisation. The tasks will primarily consist of:
  • Generally assist the legal department with administration as well as with their projects
  • Contract management
  • Maintaining the legal department’s central records (members, trademarks, domain names, insurance, etc.)
  • Preparing, proofreading and editing of documents, PPT presentations, brochures and newsletters, etc.
  • Coordinating with the colleagues in the other departments


  • Proven experience in an internationally oriented company or law firm in a similar position
  • Able to work in a team and independently, organised, attentive to detail and committed to delivering quality
  • Excellent command of English (native), both spoken and written; knowledge of other languages is a very important asset
  • Good IT and time management skills
  • Positive ‘can do’ attitude, easy-going and sense of humour
