  • Prepare and analyse data from Excel and Word reports to populate the database and compile information for presentation to the management (under supervision of senior members of the team)
  • Prepare different reporting sets to different internal and external users; prepare written memos and presentations
  • Develop, design and implement surveys related to quality and quality control
  • Assist in the development of electronic tools for the quality reviews
  • Assist in re-structuring processes and data, organising, validating and monitoring the information provided by firms
  • Manage information provided by firms of its policies and procedures regarding internal and external monitoring
  • Coordinate communication and sharing of information with different internal functions and departments (audit department, regional quality directors, etc)
  • Provide support to a team of independent reviewers across the network
  • Provide support in the coordination of reviews including annual training sessions


  • Advanced level use of Excel
  • Good knowledge of MS PowerPoint; experience in preparing high-quality presentation slides
  • Bachelor or master’s degree in sciences or management
  • 1-3 years’ work experience in areas of data analysis, coordination and administration of processes
  • Fluency in both verbal and written English; other languages are a plus (such as Spanish or Chinese)
  • Strong analytical capabilities; ability and willingness to work with data and information, structure information and optimize processes
  • Ability to understand new processes well and being able to describe processes and find points for increasing effectiveness / value
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on achieving excellent results through being accurate, independent and responsible
  • Strong organisation and planning skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as effectively in an international team
